Strict confidentiality

Where a separate non-disclosure agreement applies, that agreement governs to the extent of any conflict. Submission through the public website does not by itself create obligations beyond this policy, applicable law and any signed agreement.

Sharing, transfers and retention

  • Do not copy, modify or combine the marks with another mark
  • Do not use the marks in domain names, advertising keywords, product names or social accounts
